Our team of health professionals provides care for individuals experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness at our office, Health Access, on Mr. Joe White Avenue in Myrtle Beach. The team at Health Access offers primary health care, behavioral health and case management, and limited lab testing.
The staff at Health Access provides assistance for men, women, and youth who are living in shelters, transitional housing, their car or any other unstable housing environment. They can assist with referrals and enrollment for support services such as no-cost prescription medications, housing assistance, supplemental nutrition and more.
