Medication Assistance Treatment (MAT)
We offer a substance use disorder treatment program that provides a range of services for individuals who need assistance with recovery from substance (alcohol and/or opioid) use in a compassionate environment. Our MAT program uses Suboxone in an office-based setting to provide the support you may need if you have been diagnosed with opioid use disorder.
Weekly visits with a team of specially trained physicians, behavioral health and support staff, will provide you with additional support for your recovery. Our goal is to provide you with the necessary tools to live a healthy drug-free life.
Research has shown that this combination of medication and therapy can successfully treat opioid use disorder. MAT can help you maintain your recovery.
Our MAT services consist of:
- Assessment and diagnosis of an opioid use disorder
- Behavioral health services including substance use
- Case management and help understanding your care plan
- Primary care & specialty referrals
- Routine, on-site lab testing
- Confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing
- Medication counseling
- Screening and enrollment for benefit programs, including assistance with insurance, food, medication
