Mobile Medical Services
Mobile Medical Services are limited to non-urgent related symptoms and complaints. Services are provided on a Mobile Unit that is equipped with an exam table and essential equipment to perform labs and limited diagnostic testing.
Wendy Mote, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is our Family Nurse Practitioner on the Mobile Unit, and she provides face-to-face and Telehealth visits with individuals.

- Same-Day Sick Care
- Urinary Complaints
- Annual Wellness Visits
- COVID Vaccines
- Periodic Physicals (Sports Physicals)
- Well Child Care (ages birth to 18)
- Sick Child Visits (ages birth to 18)
- Opioid Use Disorder Assistance
- Expedited Partner Therapy

Meet Wendy Mote, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Wendy Mote, DNP, APRN, FNP-C attended Western Kentucky University for her nurse practitioner certificate and graduated from Chamberlain University with her Doctor of Nursing Practice. Prior to joining LRMC, Wendy practiced as an FNP at Comprehensive Community Action Program in Cranston, RI and Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper, IN. Wendy and her team look forward to serving you at our mobile medical locations.

Most insurances are accepted. Financial assistance is available for eligible individuals. You do not have to be an existing patient of LRMC to visit our units.
