Behavioral Health
Mental health is an important part of your overall health.
Life can often be challenging. Many of us find ourselves feeling like we cannot talk to friends or family about challenges we may be facing. Speaking with a behavioral health professional can help you identify coping skills to face life’s challenges.
It is important to keep your mind healthy just like you do with your body. If you need support to make things easier, you are not alone. Many people see behavioral health professionals to help them lead healthier lives. Your body and mind work together in maintaining your overall health.
We provide behavioral health services to adults, teens and children. Just like adults, many children and teens need help dealing with stress, and may need guidance to explore and process their feelings.
We can provide help with:
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Depression and grief
- Loneliness and isolation
- Management of hypertension, obesity and other chronic conditions
- Stress, anxiety and panic disorders
- Anger issues
- Conflict in relationships
- Suicidal thoughts
- Alcohol and drug dependency
- Medication-Assisted Treatment for opioid misuse
- Sleeping or eating disturbances
- Gender identity
- Sexual concerns
- Leading a well-balanced life
We offer individualized care plans for adults, teens and children; and we encourage family participation.
The goal of our integrated behavioral health services is to improve your overall well-being by helping you develop techniques to resolve health or mental health issues affecting your daily life.
You must be a LRMC patient to receive integrated behavioral health services.
We accept most insurance plans, including:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Private or commercial plans
- ACA or Healthcare Marketplace plans
