REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH
The mission of our reproductive health team is to improve women’s and men’s reproductive health and reduce the rate of unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections in our communities. Our professional and compassionate team provides affordable, confidential, reproductive health services in a safe, non-judgmental space.
Reproductive health and sexuality are a fundamental part of health and well-being. Our reproductive health team can provide you with professional advice and information and will give thoughtful consideration to your health and birth control goals when helping you choose contraception best suited to you and your lifestyle.
Our team provides a range of reproductive health services and education for men so that they can actively participate in the reproductive health choices of their partners.
Our reproductive health services are available to youth from age 15 to adult women and men, and include:
- Pregnancy verification and referral provided to Obstetrician (OB/GYN) for pregnancy care
- On-site “Certified Family Planning” and Reproductive Health Counselors
- 8 birth control options to choose from on-site, low cost or free to qualifying patients. Methods include 5 IUD options (4 hormonal, 1 non hormonal) , Nexplanon, Pill, Patch, Ring, and Depo Provera, Referral (for men) for free or low-cost vasectomy
- Preconception counseling for those seeking pregnancy. Referrals available for those seeking fertility treatment options
- Emergency contraception
- Free condom dispensing available at any LRMC site
- STI testing and treatment
- Counseling and education on condom use
- HIV testing and counseling
- Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) available
- Well Women Exam that includes: Pelvic exams and screening PAP smear for women beginning at age 21 • On-site GYN specialist who performs Colposcopy and Leep procedure as needed • Clinical Breast exam beginning at age 21, and on-site Mammography beginning at age 40.
- Well Men Exam that includes testicular exams beginning at age 21
- Many vaccines available, including: Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Vaccination
Referrals available to local specialists for prenatal services.
Our compassionate, professional team can also provide you and your family with assistance in enrollment in Family Planning Medicaid or other health-related resources.

Same Day / Next Day Appointments
If you are an established patient, we can provide you with a same-day/next-day appointment. If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, please call us as early as possible so that we may offer your time to someone else. We can offer telehealth visits if transportation or other issues prevent you from keeping your appointment.
After Hours:
If you are sick outside of normal office hours, please call the after-hours number to contact the provider on call. They will provide you with additional instruction. If you are experiencing a health emergency, please call 911.
