Dr. Steven Chichetti is a highly trained general dentist at Little River Medical Center with extensive experience across all phases of comprehensive dental care. He is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry while helping individuals and families achieve long-term oral health. His background in advanced clinical training and service-driven care allows him to support patients with a wide range of dental needs.

Dr. Chichetti’s Approach to Care

Dr. Chichetti believes in providing thoughtful, comprehensive dental care that prioritizes both comfort and outcomes. His approach blends advanced clinical expertise with careful listening, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment decisions. He is dedicated to offering practical solutions that improve oral health while meeting patients where they are.

Education

Dr. Chichetti earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from St. Thomas Aquinas College before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Buffalo, where he received advanced training in oral surgery, anesthesiology, and maxillofacial prosthodontics.

He has completed extensive postdoctoral training in oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics, endodontics, dental implant placement and restoration, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics as a certified Invisalign provider, sleep apnea and anti-snoring therapy, and diode laser surgery.

Dr. Chichetti also received specialized training in forensic dentistry and served on the Dental Identification Team for the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, contributing to the 9/11 response effort. He received U.S. Congressional Recognition for his service.

Outside the Office

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Chichetti enjoys motorcycling, golfing, and playing blues and jazz piano.

Locations

Dr. Chichetti provides dental care at Little River Medical Center locations serving the community, including Little River.

New patients are welcome regardless of insurance status.
