Dr. Mark Janosky is the Chief Dental Officer at Little River Medical Center, bringing decades of experience as a clinician and dental leader. He is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality dental care and supporting patients who might otherwise face barriers to treatment. His work focuses on thoughtful care delivery, provider leadership, and improving oral health outcomes across the communities LRMC serves.

Dr. Janosky’s Approach to Care

“I approach dentistry with a conservative philosophy, thoughtfully considering creative treatment options while prioritizing each patient’s comfort. My goal is to provide high-quality care in a setting where patients feel supported, informed, and hopeful about their dental health. What I enjoy most about dentistry is the opportunity to help people who might otherwise go without care. Whether it’s restoring confidence through a healthy smile or educating patients on how to prevent dental problems before they start, I find meaning in making care accessible, practical, and lasting. Building trust with patients and empowering them to take control of their oral health are among the most rewarding parts of my work.”

Education
Dr. Janosky earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University.

Outside the Office

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Janosky enjoys tackling projects around the house, spending quality time with his family, and making the most of a good trip to Costco. These interests reflect the same practical, thoughtful approach he brings to his work with patients.
