Little River Medical Center’s General Practice Residency (GPR) Program gives new dentists room to grow clinically, gain mentorship, and provide meaningful dental care to patients across our community.
Set in both hospital and outpatient settings along the South Carolina coast, the program prepares newly graduated dentists to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care. You’ll gain hands-on experience in anesthesia, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, and more, while making a real difference in people’s lives.
