The General Practice Residency (GPR) Program at Little River Medical Center offers a unique blend of hands-on clinical training and mission-driven service. Located in both hospital and outpatient settings, the program prepares newly graduated dentists to deliver high-quality care to medically underserved populations across coastal and rural South Carolina. You’ll gain experience in Anesthesia, Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry, Periodontics, Endodontics, and more—while making a real difference in people’s lives.
