Governor Henry Dargan McMaster has proclaimed August 2–8, 2026, as National Health Center Week throughout South Carolina. The proclamation recognizes more than 50 years of community health centers delivering high-quality, affordable primary and preventive care across the Palmetto State, including the more than 450,000 South Carolinians who received care at community-based health centers in 2024. It honors the role health centers play in overcoming barriers of geography, income, and insurance status, and in lowering the cost of care for the communities they serve. We’re proud to celebrate alongside our staff, providers, board, patients, and community partners.
