TEMPORARY Closure of the LRMC Carolina Forest Pharmacy
Effective Friday, April 25, the LRMC Carolina Forest Pharmacy will be temporarily closed for construction. Reopening is expected in early June 2025.
Temporary Pharmacy Assistance
During this closure, for patients with prescriptions last filled at the LRMC Carolina Forest Pharmacy, staff at the LRMC South Strand Pharmacy will assist with prescriptions.

Prescription Transfer Options For Patients
Patients with eligible prescriptions from Carolina Forest have three options:
1. Transfer your prescription to another LRMC Pharmacy location for pick-up, South Strand, Little River, or Loris. Whichever is most convenient.
• Call the LRMC South Strand Pharmacy for assistance 843-663-8833.
2. Request your prescription to be delivered to a temporary pick-up location.
• Call the LRMC South Strand Pharmacy 843-663-8833 for this option.
• The temporary pick-up location will be in the lobby at a window in the LRMC Carolina Forest Health Center. It will be open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday.
3. Contact the LRMC South Strand Pharmacy 843-663-8833 for other options.
*Prescription transfers are subject to laws and regulations. If a prescription cannot be transferred from the LRMC Pharmacy at Carolina Forest, team members will contact your provider about it.
Newly issued prescriptions (dated April 25 or after) sent to the LRMC Pharmacy at South Strand can:
- Be picked up at the LRMC South Strand Pharmacy during normal operating hours.
- On your request, it will be delivered to the temporary pick-up location at Carolina Forest.
If you usually pick-up your prescriptions at LRMC Health Access:
During the temporary closure, Health Access Medication pick-up will occur ONLY on Thursdays from 2 PM – 4 PM.
